Once Gautama Buddha was on a journey. As he was traveling by foot, suddenly one person started abusing him, but it did not affect Goutam Buddha, rather he smiled and went away from that place. A disciple later asked Lord Buddha, "Why you didn't say anything to that person?" Lord Buddha replied, "If I give you a gift and you don't take it, where will it go? It will remain with me. "Similarly if someone abuses me and if I don't accept the abuses, then where it will go? It will remain with that person."

If  you are not satisfied  with what you are getting, then check out what you are are giving. There must be problem in giving.  If you want to fly, then give up everything that weighs you down.  If you want to empower others then give your power to them. (From Mukeshji's class) 

One drop of practice  is better than thousands of good thoughts, theories  and resolutions.  When you finally realize that nothing is permanent in this life, you become more tolerant, more forgiving and less judgmental.

The Statue of Liberty(Liberty Enlightening the World)  is a 225-ton steel reinforced copper female figure. It is 152 feet in height, facing the ocean from Liberty Island in Network Barbour(called Bedloe's Island prior to 1956). The right hand of the statue holds aloft a torch and the left hand carries a tablet upon which is inscribed :"July IV MDCCLXXVI".        The Statue was designed by Frederic August Bartholdi of Alsace as a gift to the United States from the people of France to memorise the alliance of the two countries in the American Revolution  and their abiding friendship. President Grover Cleveland accepted the Statue for the United States on 28th Oct'1886.

1. What is Philadelphia Convention? Ans: Philadelphia Convention took place at Philadelphia from 25th May'1787 to 17th Sept'1787 to address the problems in governing the United States of America, which had been operating under the Articles of Confederation following Independence from Great Britain.
